Kyle Mercer

Kyle Mercer is the President of The Garden Company. He is a powerful speaker and an intuitive master teacher. His intent is to free people from the traps and limitations which they carry within themselves. Kyle’s evolutionary model of growth encourages people to be on a continuous transformational path. He has developed and teaches the tools which allow people to make life changing breakthroughs that lead to more productive, beautiful, fully-expressed lives.

In 1999, Kyle took over as President of The Garden Company where he currently teaches, presents and coaches individuals, professionals, businesses and organizations. He has taken the company to the next level through the creation of new programs and continues to help thousands of people become more successful in their personal and professional lives. He has a B.A. in History and a Masters in Education. After college, Kyle was Field Director for Northwest Youth Corps, a non-profit organization that works with young adults and gave kids their first jobs.

Kyle has studied language in Costa Rica and Guatemala, as well as language and politics in Ecuador. He has traveled extensively studying local culture and natural history in the Galapagos, Peru, Egypt and Europe and has been on dive expeditions in the Cayman Islands and Bahamas. He trained in Kenya with the National Outdoor Leadership School, where he lived with the Kikuyu tribe, studied Swahili and explored the Masai culture – ‘up close and personal’ with Masai Warriors.

After receiving his Masters degree, he taught Sociology and Economics at the University College of Belize, and worked with LEAP – Leadership Education Adventure Project – where he taught youth and adult leadership and communication skills. At the Rocky Mountain Academy, he taught education and life skills to at-risk youths. In 1996, he designed and built his own cabin in the woods (from the ground up by hand), where he lived for three years. Kyle loves to ski, hike, bike, run, explore and to help others to create more meaningful lives.
